
匯舸集團成功交付首臺套集裝箱船導風罩總包項目
2023年9月13日早上6:00,伴隨著陣陣汽笛鳴響,卡瑞納輪緩緩駛離上海中遠海運重工碼頭,順利開航。標志著上海匯舸環?萍技瘓F股份有限公司(匯舸集團)為新加坡某著名航運公司公司首個EPC總包的集裝箱船導風罩項目成功交付。
卡瑞納系新加坡某航運公司新服役船舶,該輪總長272米,型寬42.8米,可裝載集裝箱超過7000個。該輪通過在船艏安裝導風罩結構,改變迎風受力面,可以有效降低風阻,節省燃料消耗,減少排放2%。
2023年初,匯舸集團在接到該航運公司訴求后,研發團隊通過基本設計、詳細設計、有限元計算分析、CFD仿真模擬,風洞試驗等多步驟設計,以達到節能減排2%的目標,并通過二次結構優化,在保證節能減排效果的情況下減輕結構重量,確保該船型在滿載時沒有箱位減少損失。并依托于其具備海工項目經驗和管理標準的項目管理團隊,承接了該系列項目EPC總包工程。
卡瑞納輪在新造船交船后于2023年9月3日晚進廠靠泊上海中遠海運重工長興碼頭。施工過程中,項目組精細策劃,精益管理,克服了第11號臺風造成的天氣影響,及時完成了追加修改工程,于9月6日下午15點使用800噸海吊對導風罩分段整體吊裝。項目團隊成員經過連續奮戰18個小時于9月7日上午9點完成導風罩分段整體安裝。并于9月11日清晨完成全部鋼結構及涂裝工程。在整體工期7天內完成導風罩全部工程。該輪在完成加油等備航工作后,于9月13日清晨順利開航。
匯舸集團在7天工期內成功交付可節能減排2%的首臺套集裝箱船導風罩總包項目,是繼導流罩、消渦鰭、舵球等節能設備后,匯舸集團成功開發的又一種節能裝置。也是繼脫硫EPC總包項目后,匯舸集團成功交付的又一類EPC總包交鑰匙工程。標志著匯舸集團在營銷、技術研發、項目管理等多個方面邁上新的臺階。

ContiOcean Has Successfully Delivered The First Set of Wind Deflector EPC Project for Container Vessel
The container vessel Carina smoothly departed from COSCO Shipping Heavy Industry Shanghai at 6:00 am on September 13th, 2023, accompanied by the sounding of the whistle. It signifies the successful delivery of ContiOcean Group for A well-known shipping company on wind deflector EPC project for container vessel.
Carina is a newly delivered vessel of A well-known shipping company in Singapore, with the overall length of 272 meters, width of 42.8 meters and container capacity over 7,000 TEU. By installing the wind deflector on the bow for significant reductions in wind resistance, the fuel savings and an emission reduction is up to 2%.
At the beginning of 2023, upon receiving the appeal of the well-known shipping company, ContiOcean R&D team implemented a multi-step design process that included basic and detailed designs, FEM calculations and analysis, CFD simulations, and wind tunnel tests to achieve a 2% in fuel consumption saving and emissions reduction. Through structural optimization to reduce the weight of the structure. We ensured that there was no containers reduction when fully loaded. Relying on ContiOcean project management team with offshore project experience and management standards, we were successfully awarded the EPC contract for the series of projects.
After the delivered from newbuilding shipyard, Carina was berthed into CHI Shanghai on the evening of September 3rd, 2023. During the construction, elaborate planning and efficient management were carried out by the project team to overcome weather impact caused by Typhoon No. 11, ensuring to finish the additional modification in short period. At 15:00 on September 6, an 800 tons floating crane was utilized for wind deflector lifting and installing. After 18 hours of continuous hard work, team members successfully accomplished overall installation of the wind deflector at 9:00 am on September 7. In early morning hours of September 11, all steel and painting jobs for wind deflector were finalized within a working period of seven days. Subsequent to completing the preparation jobs such as bunkering, Carina sailed smoothly in the early morning of September 13th.
ContiOcean Group successfully delivered the first set of container vessel wind deflector within 7 days, resulting in a 2% reduction in fuel consumption and emissions. It signifies another successful development by ContiOcean Group in energy-saving devices, following PSV, HAVF, and rudder bulb. Furthermore, it represents another milestone for ContiOcean Group in delivering EPC turnkey projects after the completion of the EGCS EPC project. This accomplishment highlights ContiOcean Group's advancements in marketing, R&D, as well as project management capabilities.
