助力碳中和-匯舸集團正式發布船用二氧化碳流量計

12月5日，在2023年中國（上海）國際海事展覽會上，匯舸環�？萍技瘓F股份有限公司成功舉辦了二氧化碳流量計產品發布會暨證書頒發儀式。匯舸集團董事長周洋、總經理趙明珠和技術總監陳志遠，德國西克麥哈克（北京）儀器有限公司銷售總監齊志坤、產品總監田元元，勞氏船級社集團首席運營官Mark Darley、大中華區船舶業務總裁薛茂根共同出席本次活動。

會上，SICK中國為匯舸集團頒發了SICK過程自動化系統集成商證書。同時勞氏船級社為匯舸集團研發的全球首臺船舶二氧化碳流量計授予了認可證書。這也標志著匯舸集團在推動船舶低碳環保的路上邁出了新的一步。

二氧化碳流量計是匯舸集團會同SICK中國開發的面向船舶碳排放實時監測的解決方案。

該系統由煙氣流量測量、煙氣分析檢測、數據分析及控制三大模塊組成。此外，匯舸集團針對船舶應用對其進行了多方面的優化，包括采用了高防腐材料提高適配性、簡潔界面及自整定功能降低操作難度……

二氧化碳流量計的使用，完善了船舶精準測量碳排放的空缺，同時可完成包括輔助碳排放統計、建立排放數據庫、乃至于和其他系統建立通訊，輔助完成低碳的控制運行策略。

目前，二氧化碳流量計已得到了多方的認可。匯舸集團也將繼續致力于為全球航運業提供海洋環保，低碳減排的解決方案，為保護海洋環境做出積極貢獻。

Helping to Achieve Carbon Neutrality, ContiOcean Group officially release a marine-based CO2 flow meter.

On December 5, ContiOcean successfully held CO2 Flowmeter launch event and certificate awarding ceremony at the 2023 Marintec China. The event is attended by Jacky Zhou, Chairman of ContiOcean Group, Mingzhu Zhao, General Manager, Jerry Chen, Technical Director, Mr.Qi Zhikun, Sales Director and Mr.Tian Yuanyuan, Product Director of SICK MAIHAK (Beijing) Co., Ltd., Mark Darley, Group Chief Operating Officer of LR Mr.Xue Maogen, President of Greater China Marine Business.

At the meeting, SICK China issued the SICK process automation system integrator certificate for ContiOcean, as well as Lloyd 's Register of Shipping awarded the recognition certificate for the world 's first ship CO2 Flowmeter developed by ContiOcean. This also marks that ContiOcean has taken a new step in promoting low-carbon environmental protection of ships.  

CO2 Flowmeter is a solution for real-time monitoring of ship carbon emissions developed by ContiOcean with SICK.  

The system consists of three modules: Flue gas flowmeter, Flue gas analysis, Data analysis and control. In addition, ContiOcean has optimized it in many aspects for the ship environment, including the use of high anti-corrosion materials to improve adaptability, simple interface, and self-tuning function for low operation threshold.

The use of CO2 Flowmeter improves the vacancy of ship 's accurate measurement of carbon emissions. At the same time, it can complete the auxiliary carbon emission statistics, establish emission database, and even establish communication with other systems to assist in the completion of low-carbon control operation strategy.  

At present, CO2 Flowmeter has been recognized by many parties. ContiOcean will also continue to be committed to providing marine environmental protection, low-carbon emission reduction solutions for the global shipping industry and make positive contributions to the protection of the marine environment.
