玉柴船動與匯舸集團舉行甲醇雙燃料低速機供應站開工儀式

2024年1月19日，廣東珠海陽光明媚，華南地區唯一的低速機制造廠玉柴船動與匯舸集團舉行了甲醇雙燃料低速機供應站開工典禮，玉柴船動總經理鄧輝和匯舸集團董事長周洋共同主持儀式。

國際海事組織IMO提出2050年前后國際航運業實現溫室氣體凈零排放，歐盟碳市場2024年起將納入航運業，2026年起要求航運企業為碳排放購買配額。甲醇燃料具有設備投資成本低、存儲運輸容易等優點，綠色甲醇能夠實現100%碳中和，因此受到越來越多船東的青睞。

匯舸集團專注于船舶與海洋環保解決方案的開發與研究，深耕船舶與海洋環保解決方案、船用清潔能源應用、智能船舶領域。在船用新能源板塊在匯舸脫硫系統200余船套業績的基礎上，持續研發和落地脫硫+脫碳系統，LNG/LEG-FGSS供氣系統，甲醇/LPG/氨燃料-LFSS燃料系統，LNG/LPG/LCO2/氨-CHS液貨系統等。匯舸集團對本次玉柴甲醇供應站項目予以高度重視，組建了專項項目組、國內和歐洲專業設計團隊，為玉柴船動量身定制甲醇供應系統，目前已按計劃完成了整套系統、施工方案的設計，系統設備也將于2024年1月份完成制造，預計在上半年完成安裝調試交付。

玉柴船動是玉柴集團于2009年在總部基地之外投資建設的專業生產和銷售低速大功率船用發動機的公司。玉柴船動于2015年交付了世界首臺投入商業運營的RT-flex50DF低壓天然氣雙燃料低速機，走在了建造新燃料船用低速機的前列。玉柴船動從2022年正式啟動甲醇供應站建設項目，用于甲醇雙燃料低速機的臺架試驗，接下來將以甲醇機訂單為契機，按時完成甲醇燃料供應站的建設，力爭走在甲醇、液氨等雙燃料機的開發前列，成為國內領先、世界知名的清潔燃料船用低速機制造廠。

YCMP and ContiOcean held a groundbreaking ceremony for the methanol dual-fuel low-speed engine supply system

On January 19, 2024, under the bright sunshine in Zhuhai, Guangdong, Yuchai Marine Power Co., Ltd. (YCMP), the only low-speed engine manufacturer in South China, and ContiOcean Group held a groundbreaking ceremony for the methanol dual-fuel low-speed engine supply system. The ceremony was jointly hosted by General Manager of YCMP, Mr. Deng Hui, and Chairman of ContiOcean Group, Mr. Zhou Yang.

IMO has proposed that the international shipping industry achieve net zero greenhouse gas emissions around 2050, and the EU carbon market will include the shipping industry from 2024, requiring shipping companies to purchase quotas for carbon emissions from 2026. Methanol fuel has the advantages of low equipment investment costs and easy storage and transportation, and green methanol can achieve 100% carbon neutrality, making it increasingly favored by shipowners.
